Charge Your iPad
Charge your iPad overnight so it starts the school day with a full battery.
Check for Software Updates
Keeping your iPad up to date ensures you have the latest features, security updates, and improvements.
To check for updates:
- Connect your iPad to Wi-Fi.
- Open Settings.
- Tap General > Software Update.
- If an update is available, tap Download and Install.
- Keep your iPad plugged in until the update is complete.
Note: Because your iPad is managed by the school through Jamf, some updates may install automatically. If an update is available, please install it before the first day of school.
Bring Your Charger
Please bring your school-issued charger with you each day to ensure your iPad stays charged throughout the school day.

If you experience any issues with your iPad, such as it won't turn on, won't update, or you can't sign in, please contact the school IT department before the first day of school so we can help resolve the issue.
