California State Testing Week

Your students have been working incredibly hard all year long and beginning April 22, students in grade 3-8 and 11 will have the opportunity to show what how much they have learned on our state tests You can learn more about the state tests here.
 
All students in grades 3-8 and 11 will be taking the state testing in ELA and math from April 22-25. During state testing, ALL students will follow a minimum day schedule and are released at
 
There are a few ways that you can support your student during testing weeks:
  1. PLEASE make sure school issued computers (iPad or laptop) are fully charged.  Plug them in every night so they are ready to the next day.
  2. Please encourage your students to put forth their best effort on these assessments.
  3. Help your student to keep a regular schedule during testing which includes getting enough rest.  
  4. Encourage your student to eat a healthy breakfast each morning.  They have access to a variety of delicious breakfast options at school.
  5. Most importantly, please make sure your student(s) are here on time every single day.  Attendance is very IMPORTANT!!!
